Do I have to follow a certain diet?

No, you and your coach will work together to create a healthy nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle based on our dietitian-created Metabolic Foundation Plan.

Do I have to meet over video?

No, we offer flexible formats—video, phone, or even text sessions.

What if I’m injured or have physical limitations?

Your Health Coach will work with you to develop strategies that honor your body and current abilities.

What kind of support is available outside of scheduled sessions?

Your coach is available for text and/or email support in between scheduled sessions. Your coach will reach out to you regularly to check in with your progress between sessions.

Do you follow a specific method or framework?

Our certified Health Coaches use traditional coaching skills rooted in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology in conjunction with our evidence-based progressive coaching curriculum to help you adapt your lifestyle and habits. You will be guided through the program with personalized adjustments wherever needed.
