*In clinical trials studying Wegovy® (2.4 mg), the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, respectively, when paired with diet and exercise (compared to 2.4% and 3.1% with diet and exercise alone). Results may vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are made by a licensed pharmacy based on a provider’s prescription.

TB-500 Tissue Repair Protocol

Supports tissue repair, angiogenesis, and recovery biology under physician supervision.
Starting at $XXX/month
Derived from a protein found in human tissue
Studied for tissue repair and angiogenesis support
Cell migration foundational to tissue healing
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 — an endogenous protein present in virtually every human cell. Full-length Thymosin Beta-4 has been studied in cardiac repair and wound healing human trials; TB-500 targets the same biologically active actin-binding region.

What is TB-500?
TB-500 is a synthetic 7-amino acid peptide corresponding to the actin-binding domain of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4) — specifically the LKKTETQ sequence from residues 17–23 of the full 43-amino acid molecule. Thymosin Beta-4 is an endogenous protein encoded by the TMSB4X gene, found in platelets, wound fluid, and the cytoplasm of nearly all nucleated cells.

Full-length Thymosin Beta-4 was advanced into Phase I and Phase II human clinical trials by RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, with data on cardiac repair and corneal wound healing. TB-500 is the synthetic fragment derived from Tβ4's biologically active region.

Most published research is on the full-length Tβ4 molecule. TB-500 is studied in preclinical models, with clinical evidence extrapolated from the parent molecule.

Soft Tissue Recovery Support

Thymosin Beta-4 research has shown accelerated wound closure and tissue repair in animal models. TB-500, as the active actin-binding fragment, targets the same cellular migration mechanisms.

How TB-500 Works

Designed to support circulation and the body’s natural recovery pathways
1.
Actin Modulation

Thymosin Beta-4 is one of the most abundant cytoplasmic proteins. TB-500's LKKTETQ sequence sequesters G-actin to regulate cytoskeletal dynamics — enabling the cell migration needed for tissue repair.

2.
PI3K/Akt Pathway

Research shows Tβ4 promotes angiogenesis via PI3K/Akt signaling — driving endothelial cell migration and capillary formation that support tissue repair.

3.
Progenitor Cell Activation

In cardiac models, Tβ4 reactivated dormant epicardial progenitor cells — suggesting a broader role in mobilizing the body's own regenerative cell populations.
