*In clinical trials studying Wegovy® (2.4 mg), the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, respectively, when paired with diet and exercise (compared to 2.4% and 3.1% with diet and exercise alone). Results may vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are made by a licensed pharmacy based on a provider’s prescription.

Thymosin Alpha-1 Protocol

What is Thymosin Alpha-1 ?
Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino acid acetylated peptide first isolated from thymic tissue by Dr. Allan Goldstein at George Washington University in 1972. The thymus gland — where T-cells mature — naturally produces Tα1 as part of the immune education process.

The synthetic version, Thymalfasin (marketed as Zadaxin by SciClone Pharmaceuticals), is approved in over 35 countries for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and as an immune adjuvant in cancer and immunosuppressed states. FDA has granted Orphan Drug designation for hepatitis B, DiGeorge anomaly, and cancer adjuvant use.

This is not a "wellness peptide" in the conventional sense — it is a serious immune modulator with a depth of clinical data most peptides will never achieve.

T-Cell Maturation Support

Tα1 promotes the maturation of T-lymphocyte precursors — upregulating CD3, CD4, and CD8 surface markers and supporting the development of functional immune cells. This is the foundational mechanism behind its use in immunocompromised states.

How Thymosin Alpha-1  Works

Designed to support circulation and the body’s natural recovery pathways
1.
Nitric Oxide Signaling

Tα1 acts on immature thymocytes, promoting their maturation into functional T-cells capable of recognizing and responding to pathogens and abnormal cells.

2.
Toll-Like Receptor Activation

Tα1 activates TLR2 and TLR9 on dendritic cells — pattern recognition receptors at the front line of innate immune defense — triggering downstream inflammatory and adaptive immune cascades.

3.
T-Cell Exhaustion Reversal

In states of immune exhaustion (sepsis, chronic infection), Tα1 has been shown to restore T-cell function and numbers — reversing the functional paralysis that makes severe illness more dangerous.
