*In clinical trials studying Wegovy® (2.4 mg), the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, respectively, when paired with diet and exercise (compared to 2.4% and 3.1% with diet and exercise alone). Results may vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are made by a licensed pharmacy based on a provider’s prescription.

Kisspeptin-10 Protocol

Supports the reproductive hormone axis by stimulating the body's own LH and FSH production — under physician supervision.
Starting at $XXX/month
Stimulates the body's own LH and FSH
Published RCT data in IVF/reproductive contexts
Kisspeptin biology established in landmark *NEJM* paper
Kisspeptin-10 is the bioactive fragment of one of the most important regulatory neuropeptides in human reproductive biology. Researched at Harvard/MGH, Imperial College London, and leading fertility centers worldwide, kisspeptin biology has produced genuine human RCT evidence — including clinical use in IVF protocols.

What is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 is the 10-amino acid C-terminal bioactive fragment of kisspeptin — a family of neuropeptides encoded by the KISS1 gene and identified as the critical upstream regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. The name originated in Hershey, Pennsylvania — a nod to the city's famous chocolate.

The kisspeptin family's essential role in human reproduction was established in a landmark 2003 *New England Journal of Medicine* paper (Seminara et al.) showing that loss-of-function mutations in the kisspeptin receptor cause complete failure of puberty and reproductive function in humans. Active clinical programs at Harvard/MGH, Imperial College London, and leading fertility centers have since produced human RCT data for kisspeptin in IVF and reproductive medicine contexts.

Kisspeptin-10 retains full receptor binding activity — equivalent to the longer Kisspeptin-54 in stimulating LH release — in a shorter, more clinically accessible form.

Upstream HPG Axis Activation

Kisspeptin stimulates GnRH release → GnRH drives LH and FSH → LH and FSH stimulate testosterone (males) and estradiol (females). This upstream approach supports the body's own hormone production rather than replacing it.

How Kisspeptin-10 Works

Designed to support circulation and the body’s natural recovery pathways
1.
GnRH Pulse Stimulation

Kisspeptin neurons in the hypothalamic arcuate and anteroventral periventricular nuclei fire in synchronized pulses, driving GnRH secretion — the first step in the cascade that ultimately produces sex hormones

2.
KISS1R Activation

Kisspeptin-10 binds to the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor on GnRH neurons with full agonist activity — triggering GnRH release with potency equivalent to the longer Kisspeptin-54 isoform

3.
Gonadal Direct Action

Research has confirmed KISS1R is also expressed directly on Leydig cells in the testes — meaning kisspeptin may stimulate testosterone production through both central (HPG axis) and peripheral (gonadal) mechanisms.
