CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), developed to extend the natural half-life of GHRH from ~7 minutes to approximately 8–14 days through albumin binding via its Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) linker.

A published Phase I/II human trial in 65 adults documented dose-dependent, sustained increases in GH (2–10 fold) and IGF-1 (1.5–3 fold) persisting up to 28 days — one of the most robust pharmacological datasets for any GH secretagogue.
