How Rise works
A fast-acting, on-demand ED treatment that combines three actives: tadalafil and vardenafil for blood flow, and apomorphine for the brain's arousal signal. Rise addresses both the physical and mental components of erections, and is positioned as a step-up option for men who haven't had an adequate response to a single-ingredient pill.
How do I take Rise?
Place one tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve, 15–60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours, and do not combine with any other ED medication.
How is Rise different from other ED meds?
Single-ingredient pills work on one pathway: blood flow. Rise pairs two complementary PDE5 inhibitors (vardenafil for rapid onset, tadalafil for extended duration) with apomorphine, a centrally acting dopamine agonist that facilitates the brain's erectile response. Body and brain, one tablet.

Why Rise works

Great sex starts in the brain

01

Without the brain's signal, blood flow alone won't do it

An erection needs two things: an arousal signal from the brain and healthy blood flow to respond to it. That's why traditional ED pills work for some men sometimes, but not always. The plumbing is treated. The signal isn't.

02

Rise targets both: signal and response

Apomorphine acts on dopamine receptors in the hypothalamus to facilitate the brain's erectile response, while tadalafil and vardenafil handle blood flow. You're addressing the full mechanism, not half of it.

Frequently asked questions

If Viagra® or Cialis® didn't work for me, will Rise?
Rise is positioned exactly for this: a step-up option for men who haven't had an adequate response to a single-ingredient PDE5 pill. With apomorphine, Rise supports the arousal signal from the brain, the signal that sildenafil-style pills rely on but don't create. A provider reviews your history, including what you've tried, to determine if Rise is appropriate. Individual results may vary.
How fast does Rise work, and how long does it last?
Take your prescribed dose 15–60 minutes before sexual activity. The sublingual format absorbs directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. Vardenafil provides rapid onset, while tadalafil's long half-life means effects can last up to 36 hours.* Never take more than one dose in 24 hours.

Although uncommon, Rise may increase the risk of an erection lasting longer than 4 hours due to its tadalafil component. If this occurs, seek immediate medical attention. Prompt treatment is important to help prevent permanent damage.
What's included in the price?
If prescribed: your medication (18 or 36 tablets per quarter, based on your plan), free discreet shipping, and unlimited provider follow-ups, including dose adjustments and safety re-screening at each renewal. No hidden fees, no insurance needed.
Why do you ask about anti-nausea medication?
Certain anti-nausea medications, including ondansetron (Zofran®) and other 5-HT3 blockers, should not be taken with apomorphine because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure and fainting. We ask about these medications to help your provider determine whether Rise is safe and appropriate for you. Be sure to tell your provider if you take or are prescribed any anti-nausea medication before or during treatment.
Is Rise safe?
When prescribed appropriately after screening, Rise is generally well tolerated. Common side effects include nausea, dizziness, flushing, headache, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, and muscle aches. These are usually mild and temporary. Because Rise combines multiple vasoactive agents, our intake screens rigorously for cardiac history, blood pressure, and interacting medications.

Do not take Rise if you use nitrates (including prescription nitroglycerin or recreational "poppers") or riociguat — combining them can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Seek immediate medical attention if you have an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism). Although rare, this is a medical emergency that can cause permanent damage if not treated promptly.
Will anyone know?
No. Your assessment is private, your medication ships in generic pharmacy packaging, your billing descriptor is discreet, and your health information is protected under HIPAA.
Does Rise qualify for HSA/FSA?
Rise may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
Can I adjust or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Discuss switching between max dose or medium dose based on your needs, step down to a single-agent option with your provider, pause, or cancel from your Shed Member Portal. No fees, no long-term contracts.
