After downloading the app, complete the quick onboarding questionnaire and set your reminders. Be sure to enable notifications in your phone’s settings to get the most out of Pivot. You will be guided through daily check-ins and weekly reports tailored to your progress.

How do the daily and weekly logs work?

Each day, you’ll answer a few questions about your habits—things like protein, fiber, water, movement, and sleep. This takes less than 30 seconds. It’s important to answer these questions each day to help Pivot learn your habits and trends. 

Each week, you’ll answer a set of questions about your mood, energy, food noise, appetite, cravings, and side effects. This data combined with your daily logs will help Pivot provide you with tips and recommendations to get the most out of your GLP-1.

Can I edit my logs?

You can edit your entries at any time during the current week. Once your weekly report is generated, previous weeks can’t be changed.

Do I have to be on a GLP-1 medication to use Pivot?

Nope! Pivot works for anyone who is building healthy habits. If you’re not taking a GLP-1, you won’t see those medication-specific questions, but you can still monitor your food and water intake, sleep, movement, and more.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Account creation is optional. However, creating an account means you can save your progress across devices and unlock future features.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime directly in the App Store or Google Play under your account settings.

Is my health information secure?
