Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz 2% cottage cheese
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ½ medium ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ~4–5 Simple Mills Honey Sweet Thins crackers, crushed (per serving)
- A few banana slices
Directions:
- Blend cottage cheese, protein powder, banana, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
- Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, scoop ¼ of the mixture into a bowl.
- Top with crushed Simple Mills Honey Sweet Thins crackers and fresh banana slices.
- Repeat for remaining servings.
