When Michelle was in her 20s, she was ultra fit and spent a lot of time in the gym body building. After starting a family, her focus shifted to raising her five kids, and she admits “slowly letting myself go.” Eventually she found herself 100 pounds overweight with some health problems.
Now in her 40s, Michelle knew it was time for a change. She tried multiple programs to lose weight, with only limited success. Until she found Shed—and then things changed for good.
Michelle’s weight-loss journey has always been about more than just looking better (although she loves being able to wear smaller-size clothes and to shop for new ones!). She wanted to ride horses again, play with her grandchildren, put on a new swimsuit and enjoy water activities with her family.
