Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

LDN is a medication used in very small doses to help regulate the immune system and reduce inflammation. It’s being explored for autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and other health issues. Think of it as a way to gently nudge your immune system back into balance.

Some people notice improvements within a few weeks, but for others, it may take 1-3 months to experience significant benefits. It’s important to stay consistent and patient.

Most people tolerate LDN well, but some may experience sleep disturbances, vivid dreams, nausea, and headaches. These side effects are typically mild and improve over time as your body adjusts.

For the first month, you’ll gradually increase your dose. Here’s the schedule: Week 1 (Days 1–7): Take 1.5 mg per day, or ½ tablet. You’ll need 3.5 tablets. Week 2 (Days 8–14): Take 3 mg per day, or 1 full tablet. You’ll need 7 tablets. Week 3 (Days 15–21): Take 3 mg per day, or 1 full tablet. You’ll need 7 tablets. Week 4 (Days 22–30): Take 4.5 mg per day, or 1.5 tablets. You’ll need 12.5 tablets.
