How do I modify my subscription?

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, please take action 72 hours before your next billing date. Doing so will help to ensure that your subscription is canceled swiftly and properly. You can always view the next process date of your subscription in your online account.
Note that all subscriptions require a 2-month minimum before being eligible for cancellation.
To modify or cancel your subscription, you can easily contact us through your Shed Member Portal.
If you’d like to explore a different treatment plan, you can schedule a virtual visit with your provider in your Shed Member Portal under the Schedule tab.
