Bed Bath & Beyond is making a comeback, and Nashville residents will be the first to be able to shop at the new store under its new moniker: Bed Bath & Beyond Home.

Whether you live within driving distance of the newly opened store or are browsing online, what better way to celebrate the beloved brand’s brick-and-mortar reopening than by supporting your health goals? Here are some wellness-related products to keep an eye out for when shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond Home.

Air purifier

Remove allergens and dust, reduce risk of airborne virus exposure, and keep stinky odors away with an air purifier. Get one for your bedroom, kitchen, or any other room you spend a lot of time in.

Blackout curtains

Have a neighbor whose front porch light shines right through your bedroom window? Want to get some extra shut-eye when the sun rises before your alarm? Blackout curtains will do the trick. Protect your sleep time with the darkness you need to sleep.

Pill box

Keep your supplements and medications organized with a simple pill box. Just be sure to keep it somewhere you’ll see it every day (and out of reach of the kiddos) so you don’t forget to take your pills!

Glass food storage containers

Prep meals and snacks ahead of time and line your fridge and pantry with healthy food that’s ready when you are. Airtight lids keep your food fresh, and the glass is microwave safe—plus the glass containers make it easy to see what’s stored inside.

Silicone utensils with wooden handles

Looking for ways to reduce microplastics in your home? Consider replacing all those plastic spatulas and spoons with a new silicon set. As an added bonus, the wooden handles offer a comfortable grip and don’t heat up during cooking.

Sports net

Make daily exercise fun with an adjustable sports net you can pop up outside or in a large open space indoors. Perfect for pickleball, volleyball, tennis, and badminton—or, if you’re feeling adventurous, a combination of all four. Your house, your rules.

Yoga mat

Yoga mats only last about a year, so even if you already have one, it might be time for a replacement. A portable one with straps is especially useful if you plan to join a yoga class or move it around a lot.

Silk pillowcase

Pamper your hair and skin in your sleep with a silk pillowcase. Whether you want to keep frizz under control, retain your hair’s natural curl, or help keep your hair and skin hydrated, your silk pillowcase has you covered. Plus, you can’t beat the luxurious softness against your skin when you lie down at night.

Ergonomic office chair

If you sit for more than a few hours a day, then you’ll need a chair that supports your back, neck, and posture. Upgrade your home office with a comfortable, ergonomic chair that supports you while you’re hard at work.

Massager

Whether it’s your feet, back, head, or neck, we all experience aches and pains from time to time. Massage away the knots and tension with a massage gun or similar tool to help you unwind.

It’s always a good day to invest in your health, and that starts in the home. Check out our blog for more healthy lifestyle tips!
